Crescent Massage and Wellness policies​ ensure a respectful and seamless experience for all clients. Our guidelines cover essential topics such as booking, cancellations, and confidentiality, helping us provide the highest quality care. Sydney belongs to the associations NHPC and CMTBC to practice under the title of an RMT in AB and BC. She is required to adhere to the standards of practice as outlined in the bylaws of these regulatory bodies. Therefore treatment time includes completing a health history intake form (ideally completed in advance online), health history interview, assessment, massage/manual therapy and aftercare/homecare.

  • Payment options: Square payments (debit/visa/mastercard), e-transfer, direct billing & cash.
  • Direct Billing: If you would like us to direct bill for insurance, please notify Sydney beforehand and bring your insurance information with you at the time of your appointment. Sydney is a Registered Massage Therapist and can provide a receipt to self submit.
  • Cancellation fees: There is a charge of 50% for services that are late cancellations (within 24 hours). No Shows (cancelling within 3 hours of the appointment) will be charged the full amount
  • If you are feeling unwell, please let us know and we will reschedule your appointment
  • Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel due to sickness, it can be difficult to fill last minute vacant spots. Please cancel via phone or email to confirm the cancellation. Please provide a minimum of 3 hours if cancelling due to sickness or else the service may be subject to a 50% cost of treatment fee.
  • Mobile Massage: In the event that we have not been notified and you or someone else in the house is sick when we arrive, we will need to rebook & there will be a charge of 50% that can be used as a ‘deposit’ towards future appointments.
  • If Sydney is sick or presenting with any of the COVID-19 symptoms, she will give as much advance notice as possible and reschedule the appointment.
